• Entertainment/Educational Purposes Only: Our astrology readings, forecasts, articles, courses, podcasts, and community discussions are provided for informational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

• You may need an account to access certain features (courses, forums, premium content).
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activities under your account.

• Payment Processing: Payments are handled by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Shopify). We do not store full payment card details.
• Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, all sales of readings, digital content, or courses are final and non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at dawn@ndawnm.com.
• Subscriptions/Memberships: If you subscribe to ongoing services (e.g., Patreon-style membership), billing continues until canceled. You may cancel via your account settings or by contacting us. 

• All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, podcasts, videos, images, software, astrology charts, and designs—is owned by Compass Astrology or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit our content without written permission.
   

• You may post comments, questions, or other content in community areas (forums, Discord, social platforms).
• By posting, you grant Compass Astrology a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.
• You are responsible for your submissions and must not post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing material.
• We reserve the right to moderate or remove content at our discretion.

Respect Others

• Treat fellow members with kindness, even if you disagree.
• Personal attacks, bullying, or harassment will not be tolerated.
   

Keep It Relevant

• Posts and discussions should relate to astrology, spirituality, personal growth, or other relevant topics.
• Spam, self-promotion, or unrelated content may be removed.
   

No Harmful Content

• Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
• Content that promotes violence, hate, or exploitation is prohibited.
   

Privacy Matters

• Respect the privacy of others. Don’t share personal details, screenshots, or private messages without permission.
   

Use Common Sense

• Remember that astrology is subjective and interpretive. Healthy debate is welcome, but hostility, trolling, or “astrology shaming” isn’t.
• Our moderators may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
   

Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts, delete posts, or ban users who fail to follow the Code of Conduct, at our sole discretion.
 

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Services.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others in community spaces.
   

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
• We do not guarantee outcomes from astrology readings or forecasts.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Compass Astrology and its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid for the Services in the past 3 months, or (b) $50.
   

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compass Astrology, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for other lawful reasons.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, unless prohibited by law. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.
   

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Services. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If you continue to use the Services after changes, you accept the revised Terms.
